My name is Csaba Boldogh, the founder and creator of Boldogh Guitars.
I began building electric bass guitars in 2008, drawing on my experience as a bass player. Later, I expanded to making electric guitars as well. From the beginning, my approach has been to focus on what changes can make an instrument more user-friendly. Over the years, I have developed three bass guitar models (Jazzie, Z, and SC) and two guitar models (Sunset and Oldie), which I continue to craft in my one-man workshop. I always strive to fully meet the individual needs of my clients while staying grounded in practical reality. My instruments are built with the utmost care and precision, using carefully selected materials. One of my greatest honors came in 2018, when the Swedish company EBS entrusted me with creating their 30th anniversary instrument. My guitars and basses are primarily used by studio musicians (such as Antal Varga, Pepe Usztics, and Kristóf “Harkály” Szabó) as well as collectors. In addition to building instruments, I also carry out repairs and maintenance. It is always a privilege for me to breathe new life into a cherished instrument.
